Menu and Drink Aperitif: Eggplant Mousse with Prosecco (Sparkling Wine) or Spritz Starters: Potatoes Pie with Mushrooms and Fontina Cheese Mains: - Fusilli Pasta with Zucchini, Pumpkin Flowers and Sausages - Saltimbocca, Cooked the Roman Way (Marinated Veal, Prosciutto and Sage, Rolled-up and Cooked in a White Wine) - Salad with Green Apples and Pomegranate Dessert: Tiramisu and Fresh Fruits, Limoncello White and Red Wine
